Demo request form: full name, company name, and email address
Contact form: name, email address, and any message you send

To identify you as a referral so we can request appropriate credit from Checkout Champ for connecting you
To respond to questions submitted through the contact form
To understand which pages and ads are working, using aggregated, anonymized analytics

Where your demo request info goes: If you submit the demo request form, your name, company, and email are sent to us directly, and we forward them to our contact at Checkout Champ to make sure your referral is credited to us and to help get your demo scheduled. We do not sell this information to anyone else.

Google Analytics 4 — to understand overall site traffic and behavior in aggregate
Google Ads conversion tracking — to measure whether ad clicks lead to a completed demo request

Checkout Champ — if you submit a demo request, your name, company, and email are shared with Checkout Champ's sales team so they can contact you and credit the referral properly
Service providers — Netlify (form processing/hosting) and Google (analytics and ad measurement) process data on our behalf under their own privacy and security policies

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

5. Data Retention

We retain form submissions for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purpose they were collected for (typically to track and confirm referral credit), or until you ask us to delete them.

You can decline to submit the demo or contact forms — nothing on this site requires you to provide information to browse it
You can ask us to delete any information you've submitted by contacting us (see below)
You can opt out of analytics tracking using your browser settings or ad-blocking tools
